ExperienceHave been tutoring students in Chemistry since 2007. Have been able to work with a wide range of students, and complement their learning styles. Can work with all previous levels of knowledge - have been able to get those struggling with the basics to get that passing grade, and also help high achievers get that HD. I am able to assist with all aspects of Chemistry courses, with first year a specialty (former lab demonstrator, so I know the lab course inside and out). **Extensive experience with Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics students** I also have a Working with Children number for the peace of mind of parents of high school students.
I really enjoy seeing the progress students make, and want to work with you to get the best out of you. I'm also interested in applying knowledge from your subjects, making the material much more digestible to you. I am professional, punctual, and approachable, flexible with times, meeting places and rates. If you're worried about passing the course, or just want a more thorough understanding of the material, feel free to get in touch with me. Hope to hear from you!
HobbiesDoctorate studies doesn't afford a lot of free time, but I try to keep up with some reading, working my way through some classic works, 'A Canticle for Leibowitz' and 'A Handmaid's Tale' are some recent ones that stood out.
The Go-Betweens, The Drones, Paul Dempsey/Something for Kate and The Beatles are on frequent rotation in my car. I also have an amateur hobby in making musical instruments, principally solid-body guitars, which also ties into some electronics work I'm interested in.

Unfortunately I was unable to work with this tutor due to my schedule being too tight although he replied very quickly and even offered alternatives.
Andrew got back to me promptly and within the first session with him I was already understanding the concepts I had been struggling with for months.
