Experience
I am interested in tutoring because I am passionate about English and writing and I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to learn and improve on thier communication skills wether it be for high school, HSC studies or personal reasons. I have had previous experience tutoring my younger sister in English for her HSC. During my own HSC , I studied Advanced as well as Extension One and Two English. I recieved 87, 93 and 97 for these subjects respectively. I currently study Journalism at UTS and have a High Distinction average. I love to read, have excellent essay writing skills and am familiar with a large number of the texts prescribed for HSC study this year. In addition to my studies, I work full time in the hospitality industry, so I am well aware of the difficulties students can have juggling various commitments. I feel that I have picked up some valuable time-management and study skills that would be a pleasure to pass on to others.

Hobbies
I love to learn other languages. I studied Japanese for my HSC and I am currently learning Spanish. I am always interested in learning new things and meeting new people. My commitments for this year, extracurricular to university, include a photography course, guitar lessons, starting a travel blog and freelancing for local publications.
