Education

Currently in third year of my Bachelor of Primary Teaching combined with Arts at University of Newcastle. Previously attended an academically selective high school in Newcastle.

Experience

Assisting primary school aged children in English, spelling and writing skills is my preferred area of tutoring. I have assisted my younger sister with English, essay writing skills and report writing all through her school career. I would love to be a tutor as I feel it would help give me that extra experience to be a confident graduate teacher. I also study teaching because I love it, and therefore I would love tutoring too! I have my working with children check, anaphylaxis training certificate and first aid certificate. At the end of this year I will have completed two four week practicums and I also regularly volunteer at a local primary school assisting with English and literacy skills.

Hobbies

I love the snow! Even though I live in Australia, skiing is a huge passion of mine. I try to get down to the Australian ski fields as much as possible each year, and sometimes I ski internationally too!
