- I have tutored university level maths at James Cook University, Cairns, for four years (2012-2015). - I have also privately tutored a number of high school students ranging from yr8 - yr12 and university level students My Maths Background: - I studied high school maths in Newcastle at Merewether Selective High School. - I chose to do unit 3 and unit 4 level maths for my High School Certificate scoring 96 and 93, respectively - I chose to do first year engineering maths as part of my Bachelor of Science at James Cook University in Cairns. - I won the John Ridd Prize for Mathematics in 2011 for my excellence in the aforementioned subject.

I am 30yrs old and have completed both a Bachelor of Music at Newcastle University and a Bachelor of Science with Honours at James Cook University in Cairns. I am now studying a Masters of Teaching (Secondary) at Charles Sturt University. My teaching areas are in Science and Mathematics. As well as a passion for music and animals, i enjoy sports and outdoor activities and have participated in many sports such as rowing, athletics, cross country, soccer and rugby union over the years.
